Mission Statement & Meet our Board

Matthew and LeAnn Chambers are co-founders and dedicated board members of Hope Rx — Matthew serving as President and LeAnn as Secretary. Married since 2009, they are proud parents to two children, Everett and Annelise. Both Matthew and LeAnn hold pharmacy degrees, Matthew from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and LeAnn from the University of Mississippi. They currently work together at a compounding pharmacy located in Madison MS, where their daily experience serving patients revealed the critical gaps in affordable, accessible medication for those in need. This firsthand insight inspired them to establish Hope Rx, a nonprofit dedicated to addressing these challenges and ensuring individuals and families can receive the pharmaceutical care essential to their health and well-being. Deeply rooted in their faith, Matthew and LeAnn are active members of their church and are passionately committed to sharing the Word and Love of Jesus Christ with others through both their personal lives and their service to the community. In their free time, they cherish traveling together, enjoying live music, and savoring quiet moments with coffee on their back porch while watching their chickens — simple joys that recharge them for the meaningful work they do side by side. Matthew and LeAnn are honored to lead Hope Rx and grateful for the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve.
